SEATTLE – Metia Group, a global B2B marketing agency, has recruited two senior customer experience and loyalty professionals to drive the growth of its Insight and Analytics business worldwide.
Misia Evans and Liz High join Metia after having worked together in a number of previous customer experience consultancies, most recently within Tahzoo and SDL. Originally, Evans and High founded and built their own customer research and strategy consulting business, Intrepid Consultants, which they sold after establishing a global footprint with offices in Europe, Asia and North America. During their careers they have advised many leading brands and businesses on optimising customer engagement to improve lifetime value, loyalty and advocacy.
The immediate focus is developing and delivering programmatic data driven solutions that help Metia’s clients to attract the right prospects, recognize people that are using their marketing channels and truly know the customers they are marketing to.
Misia and Liz will be driving increased focus on the use of data science and customer analytics to drive relevance in content creation and campaign execution. They are charged with developing tools, products and services for data driven marketing across four key solution areas:
