What you will do
Undertake briefings from clients, including responding with proposals, budget estimates and timelines
Develop and manage overall client budgets
Day-to-day client liaison and work-in-progress reporting
Liaise with a number of Dell stakeholders and budget holders
Participate in client conference calls and meetings
Establish best practice and processes within the team and ensure programme deliverables meet and exceed client requirements
Manage ad-hoc projects as required e.g. case studies, e-mail newsletters, PowerPoint decks, print materials, internal and external Web sites etc
Develop and maintain client relationships with allocated accounts
Meet agreed client deadlines and proactively manage client expectations and delivery
Meet agreed Metia and client reporting requirements including budget status and programme updates
Arrange and attend regular work in progress calls and/or meetings
Ensure clients are invoiced correctly and on time
Develop an understanding of client’s business, and that of their customers and partners
Develop relationships with existing clients and potential clients
Understand client CAP requirements and how Metia can meet these
Identify and communicate new business opportunities
Act as a central hub of communication and information for the client
Work with internal teams to ensure deliverables are consistent and are in line with established best practices
What you need to bring
Extensive B2B marketing experience. (at least 3 years)
University degree
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Excellent organisational skills - ability to manage multiple projects at once
Excellent attention to detail
High level of written English and ability to proof-read copy
Numerate and keen problem solver
Strong analytical skills
Experience of working to tight deadlines
Composed under pressure
Energetic and enthusiastic approach
Extra points if you have
Interest/experience in technology sector
Should have experience of working in a partner liaison/partner management capacity
Experience of managing teams
