new employees. In replacing the existing orientation course, Metia
created the Welcome Experience where new staff can learn about the
company at their own pace - wherever they are in the world.
Users can access all materials from one single location,
including a personal welcome from senior executives such as Steve
Ballmer himself. And what's more, the solution is supported by a
real-time CMS while the Silverlight interface and media Smooth
Streaming ensures a consistent experience.
