The campaign involved creating a simple, more attractive interface as well as improving the search functionality. Furthermore, Metia implemented Microsoft Silverlight technology for video case studies and added support for multi-language search. By sharing great customer experiences, Microsoft saw case study downloads increase markedly on the website.
