Keepy Uppy is a mobile application for football fans (soccer in America) and gadget geeks alike. The mobile app uses the accelerometer and processor hardware available in smartphones - and turns it into an engaging game.
Using motion gesture on Windows Mobile, the game measures the height of a virtual football while players juggle the ball, all the while scoring points and competing against their friends. Launched during the 2010 World Cup, the app proved a huge success with thousands of downloads and much coverage online.
