We employ marketing, communications and software professionals from a wide range of specialist sectors and disciplines. These individuals are organized into:

• Customer facing account teams are grouped into horizontal and vertical practice groups
• Functional teams are grouped into their specialist disciplines
• Support functions ensure appropriate infrastructure and administrative support is available

Establishing an environment for team working and creativity

Individuals from within these different groups come together within project teams in order to execute client programs, or to deliver specific projects. As a consequence, we understand the integration and cultural challenges that need to be overcome to create effective cross-disciplinary teams.

This approach enables us to maintain specialist domain expertise, while also benefiting from the creativity and innovation available from every participant working on the project.
