Loyalty360 recognizes Metia and Penn State University for customer experience awards

SEATTLE - Metia Group, a global B2B marketing agency, announced its client, Penn State University, has been shortlisted for two Loyalty360 award finalist categories - in Experience & Design and Business Transformation - for customer experience projects.

The recognition highlights the value of Metia's Insight & Analytics methodology and the techniques used to help businesses better understand their customer's behaviours.

Metia Group’s Insights and Analytics executives - Misia Tramp, VP of CX Strategy & Insights, and Liz High, VP of CX Insight & Delivery - will join Rose Cameron, Director of Innovation at Penn State University, to present the projects to many of the world’s biggest companies and brands at the Loyalty360 Engagement & Experience Expo on December 5-7 in Denver, CO. The winners will be announced during the event.

Commenting on the projects Rose Cameron said: “The journey mapping undertaken by Metia connected me with the priorities of our online students. The personas we built have become a key decision-making tool, and I now have a clear pathway to evolving our online learning experience. We have created a vision and mission to secure lifelong commitment from students who may never walk through our quad but most definitely will continue to pass through our digital doors.”
