Metia sponsors Summit on Customer Engagement

SEATTLE – Metia Group, a global B2B marketing agency, announced that it is to sponsor the Summit on Customer Engagement 2017 - the annual conference is being held in Redwood Shores, California, from March 6-8, 2017.

The Summit on Customer Engagement is the longest running and most respected educational conference in the world on customer advocacy and engagement programs. As a leader in the evolving world of engagement, loyalty and advocacy, 2017 marks the twelfth year of sponsorship by Metia Group.

The keynote speaker at the Summit in 2017 is Martin Haering, Chief Marketing Officer at Misys. Martin will debut the strategy and success surrounding Misys’ customer engagement program, including innovations such as the Misys Customer Health Index (CHI) and the Misys Connect program.

Misys is one of a number of Metia clients speaking and attending the conference.

“It’s always great to spend time with the innovators in this area,” explains Dan Brooks, VP Client Services and head of Metia's Austin office. “Once again we have a strong contingent of Metia clients in attendance and of course, Martin will be delivering the keynote on the success of the Misys program.”

Metia experts will also present at the conference, hosting a workshop at the event.
