Building Programs

Bringing together the conflicting objectives of the community sponsor and its participants can be challenging. Achieving a mutually beneficial balance is essential. Often an independent third party is best placed to balance the needs of the vendor and its community participants.

Metia has experience of designing and running community and partner programs either from a fresh start, or invigorating an existing program.

Our approach begins with understanding the motivations of all participants. Often this will start with research or a partner satisfaction audit. This leads to the design of the benefits package which in turn helps to determine the underlying support model and the infrastructure, services and investment required to develop, build and maintain the community.

Different underlying business models can be adopted for subsidized, cost reclamation, or mixed cost models according to circumstance and environment.

After the design stage, Metia is able to provide the skilled personnel able to create, grow and maintain your community.

Our PACE team work with our clients to co-ordinate joint marketing programs between strategic alliance partners; to manage one-to-many community programs; and to act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, communications and technical management.
