Getting the balance right between workload and overload is a challenge. Too much hard grind dulls the senses, it dampens enthusiasm and inhibits creativity.

Having fun is our antidote. It keeps us sharp, lively and alert. It enables us to develop teamwork and build trust. It helps us to keep the pressures of work in perspective.

So, we admit it, we like to have fun. That means both in and out of the office. Sometimes it's to get to know a new team, sometimes it's in aid of a good cause. Sometimes it's for no particular reason at all.
